Parece que toda vez que tento usar um serviço novo, encontro taxas escondidas ou o suporte ao cliente simplesmente não responde. É muito frustrante gastar tempo e dinheiro em algo que não entrega o que promete. Alguém mais sente que a qualidade caiu muito nos últimos meses? Preciso de sugestões reais para não cair em ciladas novamente.
